DBP makes a refined and functional architecture for artistic programs. We like working with visual and performing Artists. We understand their needs and are sympathetic to their processes. Our office got its start making and renovating working spaces for artists in New York.

This, of course, is also happening now at Fredonia where the departments of Visual Arts, Theater, and Dance contemplate greater emphasis on digital technologies and interactive media.

On a larger scale, we renovated this community center, a-- to house their school of art and drama. T o this building, which contains graduate and undergraduate teaching spaces, a 250-seat ‘experimental theater,’ studio space for their painting, drawing, graphic design, photography, exhibition and interdisciplinary spaces, we added a 56,000 sf building for Painting, Printmaking, and criticism spaces.
